The golf carts provided are all street legal and can be driven on any road that is posted 35 mph or less by a licensed/insured driver. This includes all the neighborhood back roads and the "Beach Road" (formally known as Virginia Dare Trail). You can cross the main highway at any of the stoplight intersections close by to get over to the beach. You will be able to use your golf cart for shopping, dining out, beach, groceries, putt putt, ice cream and more!

**IMPORTANT** Be prepared with your OBX Sharp Stays property address so to ensure the property you have reserved can accommodate a golf cart. In order to accommodate a golf cart a property must have charging capabilities, parking and appropriate street access.
